Copolymer of ethylene and Alpha-olefins, the molar mass distribution MW/Mn for 1 to 8 and a density of 0.85 to 0.94g/cm3, molar mass Mn for the CDBI and 10000g/MOL to 4000000g/MOL and less than 50%, in which a single peak distribution of short-chain branched side chain with the highest values in each case more than 5 CH3/1000 of carbon atoms; methods for preparing them, Suitable for preparation of their catalyst and its copolymer fibers, mold, film/polymer mixture.
