The invention relates to a device for carrying a container, in particular a rucksack, with a frame receiving the container, which has a pelvic support provided with pelvic straps and a stop support for shoulder straps.
In order not to have to carry the load carried by a rucksack exclusively via the shoulder straps, it is customary to provide a carrying frame with a pelvic support for the rucksack, so that a considerable part of the load can be carried on the pelvis while relieving the spine. The main disadvantage of the conventional support frames is that they do not allow sufficient movement of the shoulders with respect to the pelvis, because the frame supported on the pelvis by the pelvic support and resting on the back restricts shoulder movements through the shoulder straps hinged to the frame.
The invention is therefore based on the object of designing a device of the type described above for carrying a container, in particular a rucksack, in such a way that not only is it more comfortable to carry, but also the load transfer to the body can be improved.
The invention solves the problem in that the stop support and the pelvic support are pivotably mounted on a central longitudinal support of the frame relative to each other on the one hand around the axis of the longitudinal support and on the other hand around a transverse axis both to the longitudinal support and to the stop support or to support the pelvis against a restoring force .
Since the frame is provided with a central longitudinal beam, there are initially advantageous structural requirements in order to be able to take into account shoulder rotations relative to the pelvis about a longitudinal axis of the body. It is only necessary to ensure that the stop support for the shoulder straps can be pivoted about the axis of the longitudinal support relative to the pelvic support. Because of the pivotability of the stop carrier with respect to the pelvic support, the shoulder rotation cannot be hindered by the shoulder straps. Analogously, the additional relative pivotability between the stop support and the pelvic support around a transverse axis allows a lateral curvature of the spine for one-sided lifting or falling of a shoulder in relation to the pelvis, so that due to this design of the frame there is extensive freedom of movement, namely with an improved Load transfer to the body. The restoring forces to be overcome for such a movement adjustment support the return of the frame to its starting position.
To ensure the relative pivotability between the stop support and the pelvic support, it is sufficient to mount only one of these frame parts pivotably on the longitudinal support. However, more favorable conditions for wearing comfort result if the stop support and the pelvic support are each mounted on the longitudinal support so that they can pivot about its axis and about a transverse axis against a restoring force, because in this case both the stop support and the pelvic support are displaced relative to the container can be, which is fixed by arranged on the longitudinal beam recordings relative to the longitudinal beam in its position. In addition, larger pivot angles can be guaranteed in a structurally simple manner.
If the stop beam and / or the pelvic support are slidably mounted along the longitudinal beam and supported in relation to the longitudinal beam in the direction of displacement via at least one damping element, the loads can be transferred largely smoothly via the frame to the body, which significantly relieves the spine, especially when going downhill brings itself.
In order to be able to adapt the frame to the respective anatomical conditions of a rucksack user, which is not insignificant for the wearing comfort, the stop carrier can open
AT 503 417B1 be mounted and supported on a slide adjustable along the longitudinal beam. This allows the respective length of the upper body to be taken into account in a simple manner. Although the slide receiving the stop carrier can be designed in different ways, advantageous, weight-saving construction conditions result with a slide from a sleeve enclosing the longitudinal carrier. A further adaptation to different anatomical requirements is possible if the stop support has stop points for the shoulder straps that can be adjusted along its axis. The shoulder belt linkage can therefore be carried out taking the width of the back into account.
In order for the stop support or weight-saving constructions are made possible for the pelvic support, which can also advantageously provide the restoring forces after a deflection, the stop support and / or the pelvic support can have two sections arranged on both sides of the longitudinal support, which are surrounded by at least one of the longitudinal support with the interposition of a rubber-elastic bearing body Connecting piece are connected to each other. The load transfer via the rubber-elastic bearing body enables the spatial deflection of the stop beam or the pelvic support relative to the longitudinal beam to the extent of the elastic deformability of the bearing body, which at the same time acts on the stop beam or the pelvic support with a corresponding restoring force. The damping of load impacts in the direction of the side member by such a rubber-elastic bearing body, however, remains comparatively small. In order to obtain improved damping of load surges, the rubber-elastic bearing body can be fastened to the longitudinal member at an axial distance from the connecting piece. The associated axial lengthening of the bearing body results in a greater spring deflection in the direction of the side member and thus an improved damping of load impacts. If the stop support is mounted on a slide adjustable along the longitudinal support to adapt the frame to the length of the upper body of a user, the rubber-elastic bearing body for the stop support must not be connected to the longitudinal support, but to the slide in a load-bearing manner.
The subject of the invention is shown in the drawing, for example. Show it
1 shows a device according to the invention for carrying a rucksack in a view of the side facing the back,
2 shows this device in a side view,
3 shows a section along line III-III in FIG. 1 on a larger scale, and FIG. 4 shows a section along line IV-IV in FIG. 1, also on a larger scale.
As can be seen in particular from FIGS. 1 and 2, the illustrated device for carrying a rucksack has a frame 1 with a central longitudinal beam 2 in the form of a tube, at the ends of which plate-shaped receptacles 3 are provided for the rucksack. Between these mounting plates 3, the frame 1 is provided on the one hand with a pelvic support 4 and on the other hand with a stop support 5 for shoulder straps, the stop points 6 of which are preferably arranged on the stop support 5 so as to be adjustable transversely to the longitudinal support 2. The stop support 5 is not mounted directly on the longitudinal support 2, but on a slide 7 which is adjustable along the longitudinal support 2 and which encloses the longitudinal support 2 in the form of a sleeve 7 and, for example, with the help of spring catches 8 for adapting the frame 1 to different body lengths in different displacement positions can be locked with the longitudinal beam 2. The stop support 5 has sections 9 arranged on both sides of the longitudinal support 2 in the form of shaped tubes which, as shown in FIG. The arrangement is such that a rubber-elastic bearing body 11 is provided between the connecting pieces 10 on both sides, via which the stop carrier 5 is supported on the slide 7 in a load-bearing manner. This rubber-elastic bearing body 11 is, however, not connected to the slide 7 in a non-displaceable manner in the area of the connecting pieces 10, but at an axial distance therefrom, with the aid of two clamping plates
AT 503 417B1
12, which are connected to the slide 7 by rivets penetrating through the bearing body 11, as can be seen in particular from FIG. 4. As a result of this support of the stop carrier 5 via the rubber-elastic bearing body 11, the stop carrier 5 can be pivoted in all directions relative to the longitudinal carrier 2 against a restoring force, namely not only about the axis of the longitudinal carrier 2, but also about a transverse axis to the longitudinal carrier 2 and to the stop carrier 10 . In addition, there is a possibility of shifting the stop carrier 5 along the slide 7 within the scope of the elastic deformability of the bearing body 11 in this direction, so that the bearing body 11 also represents an effective damping element for absorbing shock loads.
The pelvic support 4 is mounted pivotably and displaceably on the longitudinal beam 2 in a similar manner. For this purpose, a rubber-elastic bearing body 11 is again provided, which is clamped to the longitudinal beam 2 with the aid of clamping plates 12 and carries the pelvic support 4 at an axial distance from this clamp. The pelvic support 4 is divided into two sections 13, analogous to the stop support 5, which are designed as brackets shaped like the hip and are connected by a shell-shaped connecting piece 10 which cooperates with a counter-shell 14 on the opposite side of the longitudinal support 2, so that the pelvic support 4 can be clamped to the rubber-elastic bearing body 11 with the aid of the connecting piece 10 and the counter shell 14. The pelvic support 4, like the stop support 5, can therefore be pivoted on all sides relative to the longitudinal support 2 and additionally displaced in its longitudinal direction in order to be able to use the rubber-elastic bearing body 11 advantageously as a shock absorber.
Since both the stop support 5 and the pelvic support 4 are supported on the frame 1 so that they can pivot on all sides, the shoulder straps attached to the stop support 5 and the pelvic straps assigned to the pelvic support cannot restrict the movement of the upper body because both the pelvic support 4 and the stop support 5 participate in the corresponding movements of the body. This is an advantageous prerequisite for good wearing comfort, especially since an effective adaptation of the frame 1 to the anatomical conditions of a user by setting the attachment points 6 for the shoulder straps along the stop support 10 on the one hand and the carriage 7 receiving the stop support 5 along the longitudinal support 2 on the other hand is achieved. The shock absorption made possible by the bearing body 11 in connection with the displaceability of the stop beam 5 and the pelvic support 4 along the longitudinal beam 2 results in a substantial relief of the spine through shock forces due to the weight load from the backpack.
The subject matter of the invention is of course not limited to the illustrated embodiment. Since it is above all a matter of the all-round pivotability of the stop support 5 for the shoulder straps and the pelvic support 4 with respect to the longitudinal support 2 of the frame 1, these structural parts can also be fitted with corresponding joints or Joint sequences are connected to the side member 2, which, however, increases the construction effort, especially if additional restoring torques must then be provided.
