Abstract
The present invention relates to a sign-ized oligonucleotide containing the 1st nucleotide segment characterized by fluorophore, a quencher, and at least one alpha アノマー nucleoside being included, and the 2nd nucleotide segment complementary to a target sequence. The present invention relates to a method of such an oligonucleotide using it and using still such an oligonucleotide.
