Cell comprising two expression units encoding proteins each for at least one protein of interest, characterized in that: one of said units of protein expression comprising at least one sequence antirrepresor stabilization (STAR) selected from the group consisting in (a) SEQ ID: 7 in figure 6; (B) a sequence derived from SEQ ID: 7 in Figure 6 by deletion, modification and / or insertion of a base; and (c) a functional fragment of SEQ ID: 7 in Figure 6; and wherein the other protein expression unit comprises at least one sequence antirrepresor stabilization (STAR) selected from the group consisting of: (a) SEQ ID: 1-65 in Figure 6; (B) a sequence derived from SEQ ID: 1-65 in Figure 6 by deletion, modification and / or insertion of a base; and (c) a functional fragment of SEQ ID: 1-65 in Figure 6.
