Manufacturing of curved electrochromic devices

The method for manufacturing a permanent curved electrochromic devices are presented. The method includes the steps 210 and 211 to provide two planar thermoplastic substrate at least partially coated with an electron conducting layer. The substrate is also at least partially coated with a relative or electrochromic electrode layer (220 221). The coated substrate is then laminated to the electrochromic laminate sheet with the adhesive layer of the electrolyte medium 230. The electrochromic device, prior to lamination of the substrate, is recessive to the substrate before or after the coating further coated with a permanent curvature, or molded by thermoforming an electrochromic laminate sheet after the laminate 240.
