Systems and methods for managing traffic within a peer-to-peer network

In a peer-to-peer network, one or more congestion events which mean congestion on a network are defined. Furthermore, one or more non-congestion events which mean lack of congestion are defined on a network. When a node detects one or more generating of the defined congestion event, a node makes the interval of the packet of the connectionless protocol (for example, UDP) transmitted by the node increase. When a node detects one or more generating of the defined non-congestion event, a node decreases the interval of the packet of the connectionless protocol transmitted by the node.
