Phase-locked loop control of passively q-switched lasers

The method and equipment which control passive Q* switch laser (PQSL) using Q* switch laser as a voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) in a phase-locked loop control circuit are indicated. PQSL is making optical connection with the wave detector. The wave detector is connected with the input of a phase-locked loop controller. The reference signal oscillator is connected with the reference input of a phase-locked loop controller. The output of a phase-locked loop controller is connected with the integrator. The integrator is connected to a means to control the electric energy supplied to PQSL.
