The present invention relates to a field of fixation of the quality of membranal protein to a carrier top. The present invention is a product containing at least one quality of membranal protein adhering to a carrier and its surface, and relates to a product, wherein the quality of membranal protein has adhered to the carrier using the quality of membranal protein, and a complex-ized amphipathic molecule. The present invention relates also to a manufacturing method of such a product, diagnosis, a medicine design, and the various application in a field of biotechnology. The present invention is a kit for manufacturing a product of the present invention which contains a carrier and an amphipathic molecule with a functionality amphipathic molecule, and relates also to that in which the amphipathic molecule and the carrier carry out an interaction through a hydrophobic bond, an ionic bond, specific association, or a covalent bond.
