Plastic bottle having a gripping portion

plastic bottle having a body (9) extending along a central axis (Z) which comprises; a lower portion (3) having a cross section substantially constant profile; ~ followed by a grip portion (4); and terminated by an upper portion (5) having a substantially constant profile cross section and arranged in correspondence with the profile of the section of the lower portion. The gripping portion (4) comprises two gripping panels (41) generally planar, arranged parallel to each other and relative to the central axis (Z) at a distance adapted for hands engaged. These panels comprise at least one reinforcing relief (44; 45) extending in a transverse plane and are interconnected by connecting panels (42) extending in the extension portions lower (3) and upper ( 5), through rounded angles located at the circumferential ends of the panels.
