Transmit power control in a random access scheme

A method and a control device which generate a transmitting power level of a communication apparatus (1, 2) which operates in a wireless-communications network which has a network node (3). A control device is provided with a controller (14) constituted so that a request message which should transmit to a network node (3), and which requires access to a communications channel may be generated. A control device is constituted also so that it may judge whether a request message was answered and access to a communications channel was accepted. According to whether access to a communications channel was accepted, a transmitting power control unit (13) is constituted so that a transmitting power level of a communication apparatus (1, 2) may be generated.
