Abstract

According to one embodiment, a relation is specified between sequence numbers of RTP in a packet of a real-time protocol (RTP) restored from a sequence number of RLP in a packet of a received radio link protocol (RLP), and a packet of received RLP. A sequence number of RTP related with a packet of compressed RTP is specified based on at least one of a packet of received RLP which forms a packet of this specified RTP that was been [RTP / it] related and compressed, or sequence numbers of RLP of a packet group. A time stamp of RTP can be specified in a similar way.
