Surgical fastener, comprising: a part (43) of cylinder including a helical thread (42) extending from near a distal end portion (43) of cylinder toward a proximal end portion (43) cylinder; a portion (41) head at the proximal end of the portion (43) of cylinder; and a through hole (44) extending through the part (41) head and the part (43) of the cylinder, wherein the cylinder portion and the head portion are formed of a bioabsorbable material, characterized in that the throughbore includes a threaded portion (44) and the part (41) head comprises at least one element (411) actuator adapted to be attached to a device (3) for rotating the part (43) of cylinder within a tissue.
