Abstract

The claimed is a to read a memory the reducing power consumption device and method. A switch (405) is connected with the capacitance section (415) terminal in a joint, and other end of the switch is connected with the resistance memory array (450) bit line. The read-out device (425) is connected with the node, a voltage signal of a switch and closed of online transmission of sampling conveying, and memory a capacitance section. The sampled signal is transmitted to read device (414), the read device is signal performing read operation.
