Call continuity

The present invention relates to a method for switching a call connection to the second mobile terminal to the network from the first network. The first network can handle both circuit-switched and packet-switched connection mode connection mode. The second network can process only one of the packet-switched connection or a circuit-switched connection mode mode. The mobile terminal may be both circuit switched and packet switched communication connection mode, a call connection mode.
