Ram air based cooling and ventilation system and method for an aircraft

The present invention relates to a cooling system for airplanes provided with the inspiratory port (4) where air flows into the rum air pipeline (2) through an inspiratory port (4) from the circumference of an airplane, and the exhaust port (6) into which air flows out of the rum air pipeline (2) through an exhaust port (6). A heat exchanger (10) is arranged in a rum air pipeline (2). A ventilator (8) is open for free passage in fluid with a rum air pipeline (2). In order to cool at least one component parts of an airplane by which heat load was carried out, especially component parts in which heat load of the cabin air-conditioning system was carried out and/or to ventilate installation space of at least one component parts by which heat load was carried out, distribution tube way 12 and rum air pipeline 2 are connected.
