An apparatus for enhanced delivery suitable convection delivering a solvent to a tissue or a tumor of a subject, comprising: - at least one reservoir (1) of solvent comprising a distal portion, a proximal port and a lumen extending therethrough, at least one portable pump (2) comprising a proximal port and a distal port and a lumen extending therethrough; -one or more tubes (3) infusion having a filter (4) and a needle (5) path, where the needle path is inserted into a channel (6) access, which has a distal and proximal port and a lumen therethrough, and wherein the proximal port of the path is in fluid communication with a catheter (7) path comprising a distal end and a proximal end and a lumen therethrough, which, via a connector (8), is in fluid communication with (8), at least one catheter (9) infusion configured to be inserted into tissue or tumor (10) of a subject, the infusion catheter a length extending from a proximal end (9a) with at least one outlet for introduction into the tissue or tumor to an opposite distal end (9c) to the proximal end comprising and a light extending therethrough in fluid communication with the solvent reservoir and the portable pump.
