Surgical micro-burring instrument

[Solution means] The micro barring instrument for surgical management containing the outside tubular component which holds an inner side tubular component on the same axle is offered. As for an outside tubular component, at least a proximal part and 遠 have demarcated the central lumen which at least 遠 elongates to a part from the part and the proximal part. At least as for 遠, the part forms the pocket and the 挺子 tip part. The pocket has a bottom wall, and this and the upper opening of the side opposite to. The 挺子 tip part is elongating at least 遠 of a pocket to the side. The inner side tubular component forms the bar which enters into a pocket. In the last erection state, at least one copy of a bar is exposed from the outside tubular component through the upper opening of a pocket. The 挺子 tip part is constituted so that a bar may be made easy to position through a pocket in a suitable position to cut a hard organization in contact like a turbinated-bones bone or a nasal-septum bone / cartilage, while making soft tissue like membrane easy to raise.
