Method of reinforcing and waterproofing a paved surface

The casing surface (10) first introduces a liquid asphalt-formed layer (12). Then, a first layer (30) made of non-woven paplings (30) made of fibers of mineral fibers, a mixture of mineral fibers, and mixtures thereof, and a reinforcing mantle (14) forming a watertight layer formed of mineral fibers formed by the first layer (32) they lay above the liquid asphalt. Finally, a layer of casing material (20) is applied over the reinforcing mantle (14). Applying reinforcement blankets (14) for combining first and second layers (30, 32) by applying preferably knitting, bonding, stapling, heat-treating or gluing or a combination thereof.
