Headgear with hidden compartment

Hat, preferably shaped cap comprising: a cap (3) with a cap edge (33, 34); a liner (4) extending along at least a portion of the inner surface of the cap (3); a storage compartment (6) between the cap and the liner; the liner having (4) a lining part (41) fixed to the cap (3), and at least one edge portion (42) that is loose of the cap (3); characterized in that the edge portion of release liner (42) is provided with a flexible reinforcement (50), for example a rod, the edge portion of release liner (42) defining an inlet (46 ) for the storage compartment (6); wherein, in a "closed" condition of the entrance opening (46), the loose lining edge part (42) with the reinforcing member (50) extending substantially parallel to the peripheral edge of the cap; in which, to "open" the inlet opening (46), the loose lining edge part (42) with the flexible reinforcement (50) is pulled back by a user; and in which, to return to "close" the inlet opening (46), the edge portion of release liner (42) with the flexible reinforcement (50), the user returns to its position along the peripheral edge of the cap (34).
