Describes an apparatus for extraction of a capsule (16) comprising a first part (2), a second part (3) which can be moved relative to the first portion, housing (4) for the capsule, which defines the closed position of the movable part against the fixed of the extraction position of the capsule along an axis (25) in said housing portion for inserting and positioning, comprising means (6, 7) for guiding the capsule arranged to insert the capsule by gravity and positioning said capsule in an intermediate position, the system (19) for pouring beverages, wherein the second movable part (3) is arranged for displacing the capsule (16) from the intermediate position into the extraction position when the device is closed.
