Application server (40) comprising: - means for obtaining personal data of a user; - Means of communication with a server vocal resources third (20) adapted to: - receive from this server vocal resources (20), a request (D3) for at least one personal data in order to transmit it to default service provider (30); - Send to this server vocal resources (20), numerical data (D5), not interpreted by the server vocal resources (20) and used in a voice communication between the server vocal resources and that user for authorization or a rejection of the user to provide personal data such default service provider (30); - Receive representative numerical data (D7) of a response from the user, through the voice resource server (20), no such data being interpreted by the server response vocal resources (20); and - sending said personal data to said voice resources server (20) when the response is representative of an authorization of that user.
