A device at an airborne vehicle comprising - a system flight control arranged to control the behavior of the airborne vehicle based on acceleration commands, - a first control unit arranged to provide said acceleration commands based on planned missions or direct the system flight control orders - a unit collision avoidance, - a detection unit arranged to detect whether the vehicle in the air is on a collision course, characterized in that the prevention unit collision comprises a second control unit arranged to feed forced acceleration commands directly to the flight control system upon detection that the airborne vehicle is on a collision course.
