A method (200) for geodifundir a message (116) to a plurality of recipients (12-18), each having a direction and a known geographic location, comprising: reporting (202) the locations and addresses of the plurality recipients (12-18) to a geospatial database (112); designating (208) a geographic region (10) by reference to a structure (24, 28) within the geographical region; determining the addresses of the recipients (12-18) that are located within the geographic region (10) using the geospatial database (112) to compare the reported regions of the recipients (12-18) with reference to structure (24, 28); and direct the message to the addresses of each of the receivers (12-18) having locations within the geographic region (10), characterized by specifying (206) a delivery method; and transmitting (216) the message (116) according to the method specified delivery, which comprises serial unidifundir the message (116).
