Abstract

(i) They are ceramics containing at least two of at least one sort of NbO or TaO, and at least one sort of sorts of (ii) (a) AlO, (b) YO, (c) ZrO, or HfO. It can manufacture as a light guide, a glass bead, goods (for example, monotonous), a fiber, particles (for example, polish particles), and a form of thin layer coating, can form, or can be made to convert into those things in the embodiment of the ceramics by the present invention.
