Detection of nucleic acid mutations
Abstract
Are the detection method of the variation in the target nucleic acid arrangement in a sample, and this target nucleic acid arrangement including the complementary strand 1st [DNA chain and if needed] this method, (a) the DNA arrangement in which are the process of adding a detection primer and this detection primer includes this mutation site in this nucleic acid -- this -- the process; (b) this detection primer combined with the 1st DNA chain, [elongate and] this -- the process; of forming the 2nd complementary DNA chain in the 1st DNA chain -- it being the process of adding an amplification primer and to (c) this nucleic acid, the position where this amplification primer separated from this mutation site -- this -- the process; (d) this amplification primer combined with the 2nd DNA chain and/or this complementary strand, [elongate and] this -- the 3rd DNA chain complementary to the 2nd DNA chain -- and/or -- this -- annealing of this DNA chain being carried out, and by the process; (e) complementary-bases association which forms the additional copy of the 1st DNA chain, . It will be the process of forming a nucleic acid double chain, if it has the 残 machine in which two chains of this double chain carried out the mismatch in this mutation site, this double chain will be a hetero double chain, and if it does not have the 残 machine in which two chains of this double chain carried out the mismatch in this mutation site, this double chain will be a gay double chain. The process of detecting existence of the process; and (d) hetero double chain, and/or a gay double chain is included.
