Abstract
Rigid member 12 which is the tensioner for belt driving, and was connected so that it could rotate freely centering on 1st axis B, While being supported by the rigid member 12, it is located in the portion which counters on both sides of 1st above-mentioned axis B, respectively, and it has a pair of idol pulleys 17 and 18 provided so that it might collaborate with each part 31 and 32 to which belt 30 of belt driving part 1 corresponds. The above-mentioned tensioner 2 is provided with mobile element 25 connected with the circumference of 2nd fixed axis A that supports 1st above-mentioned axis B by hinges.
