Aid for implantation of a hip joint endoprosthesis with a manipulation cup (20), a manipulating joint head (16) with means (22) for aligning the manipulation cup (20) in the acetabulum (12) and a device for holding the aligned position of the manipulation cup (20), wherein by means of this device then a bone cutter (28) and an impactor (27) for the placement of the acetabulum are aligned accordingly.
