Freezing system

A freezer for cooling and / or freezing stretched products on a conveyor belt, and which are conveyed through a freezing zone for the freezing, where upper ejector plates are provided above the conveyor belt and lower ejector plates below of the conveyor belt, for inflow of air into the freezing zone while first shock is applied, wherein the ejector plates are provided with air ducts transversal return with holes arranged in a plane for the ejector plate and facing the conveyor belt, and in which ducts return air are arranged so that return air, at least in part, is transversely driven to the conveying direction of the conveyor belt through the area freezing, characterized in that the ejector plates are provided with a hole pattern covering 70% or more of the area that is above the conveyor belt on which the products are placed, because the ducts return air cover up to 30 % of the area that is above the conveyor belt on which the products are placed, and that the passages return air are arranged so that return air is conducted transversely of the conveying direction of the conveyor belt areas in the immediate environment of the conveyor belt.
