The invention relates to pellets and a manufacturing method therefor. Pellets contain at least one oily component which contains an active component either alone or such an active component. The invention is aimed at ensuring that such active components can be provided with increased concentration long-term stability for subsequent administration, administration or further processing with such pellets of the invention are available. The at least one oily oxidation-sensitive or volatile active component in a matrix are homogeneously distributed and discretely encapsulated and seedless with at least one water-soluble polysaccharide as film formers. The individual pellets in this case have a respective a portion size of at least 100 microns, preferably at least 300 .mu.m.
