Driver electrotransport, particularly for overhead electric lines, and comprising at least a central composite cord (1) consisting of continuous carbon fibers impregnated by a thermosetting resin matrix, this cord of at least one layer being coated insulating material (2) and being wound around the bead wire conductors aluminum or aluminum alloy (3), characterized by comprising a device for short-circuiting said fibers and said lead wires (3).
