Surgical adapter

The operation equipment containing the extension adjuster which carried out engaging of clutch to the main device with the action course which offers the passage for instruments, and the above-mentioned main device is offered. An extension adjuster contains a stop part further. A stop part and the tip of an action course collaborate, and a stop part is arranged from an action course at the place of predetermined distance so that effective action route distance may be formed. An instrument is inserted through an action course and projected from the tip of an action course to the method of outside.
