Sanitizing and cleaning composition and its use for sanitizing and/or cleaning hard surfaces

This invention was on acid disinfection and/or cleaning compounds, this combination includes a special anti-microbial grade system, the system includes C1-C4 hydroxy alkyl carboxylic acid, alkyl C5-C18 monocarboxylic acids, no substitute or substituted, saturated or unsaturated C4-acid and other inorganic acid or organic acid. The compounds of this invention can be present in condensed form, in the form of dilute solution exists. They can be used for disinfection and/or hard surface cleaning, optimization in food factories, milk factories, beverage factories, breweries and soft drinks industrial cleaning in place (CIP) method and/or in situ sterilization (SIP) method used.
