Electronic equipment and method for automatic synchronisation and communication system

The present invention relates to electronic equipment, a communications system, and a method for automatic synchronization. At least two electronic equipment is contained in a communications system. Electronic equipment can synchronize a file and/or a directory which were stored in each memory. Therefore, each electronic equipment is provided with a memory, a contact, a synchronization device, a property controlling device, and a remote access control apparatus. A file and/or a directory are stored in a memory. Those properties are separately prescribed by property controlling device about a file and/or a directory. If it becomes clear that one of files and/or directories are in "share mode", a contact will look for other devices automatically and will establish connection with the device concerned. When a corresponding file and/or a directory are stored in a memory of the other party's electronic equipment, synchronization is performed automatically. In order to perform synchronization automatically, a remote access control apparatus controls access to a directory and/or a file.
