Elastomeric compositions

Abstract

The invention include a combination of suitable airtight layer, such as the need for tire material (such as SBR) with adhesion and flexibility, as well as the low permeability of the inner liner. The invention includes tire inner liner preparation through a combination of the following substances: packing, sulfur curing system, non-necessary at least a second rubber, and at least one from C4-C8 ISO-olefin derivatives unit, C4-C14 multi-olefin derivatives unit, and on the formation of alkyl derivatives of styrene terpolymer of halogenated. Packing suitable examples include modification of carbon black, carbon black, silica, clay, and its conjugate. This invention include an elastomer copolymer composition for production methods, the method included in the presence of Lewis acids and at least one initiator, combination C4-C8 ISO-olefin in the diluent monomer, C4-C14 multi-alkene monomers, ternary copolymer of styrene and alkyl monomer with production. Suitable raised agent of examples including blight base compounds and/or halogenated of organic compounds, especially Jones Lang LaSalle or tert-halogenated compounds, such as, tert-butyl chlorine, and 2-acetyl base -2-phenyl propane (acetic acid blight ester), and 2-methyl oxygen base -2-phenyl propane (blight base methyl-ether), and 1,4-II (2-methyl oxygen base -2-c base) benzene (II (blight base methyl ether)); blight base halides, especially chlorides, such as, 2-chlorine -2-phenyl propane, and blight base chlorine ((1-chlorine -1-methyl b base) benzene), and N-(2-chloro-n-propyl)-(bis (dry chloride)), and 1,3,5-III (2-chloro-n-propyl)-(c (dry chloride)); aliphatic halides, particularly chloride, for example, 2-chloro- -2,4,4--trimethyl pentane (TMPCl), and 2-bromo- -2,4,4--trimethyl pentane (TMPBr).
