Tubular support for setting, by percutaneous route, a substitution heart valve

This support (1) comprises a structure likely to be contracted radially to permit insertion of the support assembly (1) - valve (2) into the patient's body, and to be deployed to enable use of support this structure against the wall of the site to be fitted with the valve. According to the invention, the support structure (1) comprises: an axial portion (3) of the valve support (2), having a wire structure or network of own son for bearing against the cardiac ring (10) remaining after removal of the deficient native valve; at least an axial portion wedge (4) having a wire structure or network of separate son of the said axial portion structure (3) of the valve support, and greater than the diameter of said axial portion (3) allowing it to rest against the wall bordering said cardiac remaining ring (10); and at least unfil (5) connecting punctually said portions (3, 4).
