Abstract

A system implantable medical endoprosthesis, comprising: a sheath (14) having a proximal portion and a distal portion defining the portion distal the first outer diameter portion defining proximal a second external diameter smaller than the first outer diameter ; a catheter (12) at least partially surrounded by the sheath; and a stop (70; 170; 270; 370; 470) disposed between the distal portion of the sheath and the catheter, the bumper having at least some freedom of movement relative to the catheter, wherein the sheath, the catheter and the cap are configured so that can be disposed distal to the top between the sheath and implantable medical endoprosthesis catheter.
