An assembly (11) of end effector for obtaining multiple tissue samples comprising: a first jaw (30) and a mounting (50) clamping together pivotally to the first jaw and having: a portion (161) cutting which engages the first jaw to cut a tissue sample; a support (61); and a portion (16) configured to store storage tissue samples, characterized in that the support (61) is configured to receive the cutting portion (161) and the portion (16) storage.
