Method for rapid fat content determination

The method and equipment for measuring the fat and the oil content of a sample quickly and correctly using the dryness and NMR (36) analysis by microwave are indicated. Low quality quantity, porosity, hydrophile property, and an oleophilic sample pad (26) are built into this method and equipment, and, thereby, NMR analysis of the whole sample (22) is conducted certainly. The method and equipment according to the present invention are suitable for measuring quickly the fat and the oil content of a sample which are collected between manufacturing processes, and suitable for carrying out process control and quality control.
