The invention relates to a device for the T-shaped connection of two bands, in particular woven bands, which have two longitudinal legs, between which at least three parallel, spaced-apart deflection webs that enclose spaces between them run, a first of the two bands being guided through the spaces and undulating5 can be shaped around the deflection webs, and has a fastening bracket attached to the side of the one longitudinal leg facing away from the deflection webs, to which the second band can be fixed.
T-shaped connections of straps are required, for example, in rucksacks to connect chest straps to the shoulder straps of the rucksack. Usually such T-shaped connections are made by sewing together the two bands or straps to be connected. It is disadvantageous here, among other things, that sewn connections cannot be adjusted and / or detached.
Furthermore, connecting pieces are known in which the longitudinal belt is divided into two separate sections, between which the connecting piece is arranged. The branching transverse belt is also attached to the connecting piece, which results in a T-shaped connection between the transverse belt and the two-part longitudinal belt. One of the disadvantages here is that the connection cannot be adjusted in the longitudinal direction of the longitudinal belt. The integration of the connecting piece into the longitudinal belt is also complex.
A device of the type mentioned is known from US Pat. No. 6,530,129 B1. This device is overall in the form of a plate, with three deflecting webs which are spaced apart from one another and enclosing spaces between them and which run between two longitudinal legs. A fastening bracket is also arranged on the side of the one longitudinal leg facing away from the deflection webs. A first band can be guided through the spaces between the deflection legs and laid around them in an undulating manner. A second strap can be attached to the mounting bracket, creating a T-shaped connection between the straps. In US 6,530,129 B1 this device is part of a Traggurt30 arrangement for a golf bag. The disadvantage of this device is that the displacement of the device in relation to the band laid in a wave-like manner around the deflection webs is relatively laborious. For this purpose, a section of the tape has to be pulled through one intermediate space, forming a loop, and then passed through the other intermediate space.
The object of the invention is to provide an improved device for the T-shaped connection of two tapes, in particular woven tapes. According to the invention, this is achieved by a device having the features of claim 1.
The device according to the invention can be applied to the first tape in a simple manner by threading the tape into the device accordingly. A subsequent adjustment of the position of the device on the belt in the longitudinal direction is possible without any problems. The connection can also be subsequently released again when the first band is threaded out of the device again.
The device has a plate-shaped cover which spans the longitudinal legs and lies in a plane running laterally to the deflection webs. A reflector is attached to this plate-shaped cover, which forms a safety feature in poor visibility, or the cover is designed as a reflector.
Further advantages and details of the invention are explained below with reference to the accompanying drawing. In this show:

The embodiment of a device according to the invention (or a connector according to the invention) shown in FIGS. 1 to 6 comprises two longitudinal legs 1, between which three parallel, spaced apart and intermediate spaces 2 between them run deflecting webs 3. The deflecting webs 3 are cylindrical and the longitudinal center axes 6 of all deflecting webs 3 lie in a common plane 5.
Between the longitudinal legs 1, the two guide webs 4, which are assigned to the two edge deflection webs 3, are parallel to these and are preferably made much thinner than these, ie they are less than half as thick, preferably less than a third as thick as the deflection webs. A guide slot is formed between a respective guide web 4 and the deflection web 3 to which this guide web is assigned. The guide webs 4 are arranged laterally offset from the plane 5, which extends at least through the longitudinal center axes 6 of the two edge-side deflecting webs 3, and in the exemplary embodiment shown also through the longitudinal central axis of the central deflecting web 3. The guide bars. 4 each lie in one plane in the exemplary embodiment shown
7, which lies perpendicular to plane 5 and intersects plane 5 at a distance from the longitudinal center axis of deflection web 3 to which this guide web 4 is assigned. The point of intersection between plane 7 and plane 5 lies outside the area of plane 5 lying between the two longitudinal center axes of the edge-side deflection webs 3.
A fastening bracket 8 is attached to the side of the one longitudinal leg 1 facing away from the deflection webs 3. In the embodiment shown, this fastening bracket 8 is formed by a fastening web 9 lying parallel to the longitudinal limb and spacing bolts 10 connected to the fastening web on the one hand and to the longitudinal limb 1 on the other hand in the two end regions of the fastening web.
Of the two, in particular woven, bands 11, 12 to be connected in a T-shape, the first band 11 is laid in a wave-like manner (or in a zigzag shape or running back and forth) around the deflection webs 3. Here it is threaded into one of the guide slots between the guide web 4 and the edge-side deflecting web 3 and then through the successive ones
Interstices 2 between the deflecting webs 3 each carried out (in the embodiment shown, these are two interstices 2) and further led out of the connector through the guide slot between the other guide web 4 and the edge-side deflecting web 3. The connector is frictionally secured against displacement in the longitudinal direction of the band 11. Without such a frictional connection, an undesired automatic displacement of the connector in the longitudinal direction of the band 11 could, for example, occur due to the weight of the connector itself. However, the connector can be adjusted in the longitudinal direction of the band 11 by the user. For this purpose, a section of the band 11 can be pulled in by a pull exerted on the band 11 in the area of the central deflecting web 3 through the guide slot between the one of the guide webs 4 and the associated Umlenk50 web 3 and, as a result, a corresponding section of the belt 11 through the Guide slot between the other guide web 4 and associated deflection web 3 are pulled out.
The other band 12 is attached to the mounting bracket 8. For this purpose, it is sewn, in particular when it is placed in a loop around the fastening bracket 8.
AT 413 788 B
The longitudinal legs 1 are plate-shaped and the planes of these plates are perpendicular to the plane 5. Likewise, the fastening web 9 is plate-shaped and the
The plane of this plate is also perpendicular to plane 5.
A plate-shaped cover 13 spans the space between the longitudinal legs 1 and lies in a plane extending laterally of the deflecting webs 3. This plane is preferably parallel to plane 5. The plate-shaped cover 13 is designed to be light-reflecting on its side facing away from the deflection webs 3 or is covered with a light-reflecting film. This provides a security feature for the user, especially in poor lighting conditions.
The exemplary embodiment of a device according to the invention shown in FIG. 7 differs from the exemplary embodiment described only in that the plate-shaped cover 13 ′ is formed here by an avalanche locating device. Such Ortungseinrich15 lines are known in particular in the form of transponders. Here, for example, the frequency of an electromagnetic wave emitted by a search device is doubled by the transponder and radiated back in a directed manner.
8 and 9 show examples of possible applications of a device according to the invention. In the application example according to FIG. 8, two connectors 14 according to the invention serve to connect the two straps 12, which together form a chest strap of a rucksack, with the two straps 11, which represent carrying straps. The belts 11 forming the carrying straps are guided around the deflecting webs 3 by passing through the guide slots or Interstices 2 between the deflecting webs 3 have been threaded. The two straps 12 connected via an openable buckle 17, which together form the chest strap, are fastened to the fastening brackets 8 of the connectors 14.
In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 8, a connector 14 according to the invention is threaded onto a band 11 which runs across the front of the rucksack. A second band 12 is fastened to the fastening bracket 8 of the connector 14, to which, on the other hand, one of the two parts of an openable and closable buckle 18 is fixed. With the other part of the buckle 18, a band 20 attached to the lid part 19 is attached.
In the exemplary embodiments of the invention shown, an opening 21, which is rectangular in plan view, is enclosed between the fastening bracket 8 and the longitudinal leg 1 to which it is attached. This has the advantage that the band 12, which is preferably only slightly narrower than the width of this opening 21 measured in the longitudinal direction of the longitudinal leg 1, is secured against slipping sideways.
Different modifications of the exemplary embodiments of the invention shown are conceivable and possible without departing from the scope of the invention. A further cover, which lies parallel to the cover 13, could in principle also be provided on the other side of the deflecting webs 3, although this makes threading the tape 11 around the deflecting webs 3 more difficult. In principle, it would also be conceivable and possible to provide more than three deflecting webs, a design with three deflecting webs 3 being preferred.
