The invention relates to a bearing device for a rotating, rotationally symmetrical tool, in particular a circular saw blade, with two clamping flanges which are coaxial with one another and which receive the tool in a centered manner between them, which can be applied in a friction-locked manner to one end face of the tool by means of a clamping device, one of which is by means of a drive belt drivable, is arranged on a cylindrical receiving head of a bearing housing which is arranged outside a bearing housing and which is fastened to the bearing housing, with a bearing on the receiving head on which the drivable clamping flange is mounted.
A storage device of this type is known, although it cannot be documented in print. Here, the tensioning flange drivable by the drive belt is seated in a rotationally fixed manner on the free end piece, which forms a receiving head, of a bearing shaft forming the bearing body.
The length of the bearing housing to be fixed to a machine carrier must be dimensioned accordingly large, and in the event that repairs become necessary, the entire bearing housing must be dismantled, especially in circular saws, and the bearing shaft must then be removed from it in a time-consuming manner.
In addition, a fastening system of the generic type is known from EP 443 362 A2, wherein a receiving head has a flange with bores through which it is screwed to a wall corresponding to the bearing housing, whereby the bearing body is attached to the outside of the bearing housing. Here, an annular projection, which is pushed coaxially to the flange into a cylindrical opening, whereby a cylindrical chamber is formed, which is part of the pneumatic system by means of which the two flanges are clamped. The disadvantage here is that in order to change the axis, both the screw connections and the pneumatic device must be opened.
Furthermore, DE 32 05 899 A1 shows a bearing device which, however, does not contain an exchangeable axle.
This is where the invention comes in. It is based on the object of improving a bearing device with the features explained at the beginning so that in the event of a damaged bearing, the bearing housing does not need to be dismantled and the machine in question can be quickly restored to operation. The aim is to reduce the storage costs and to create a storage system that is accordingly characterized by great smoothness.
According to the invention, this object is achieved in that the bearing body is accommodated such that it can be inserted into the bearing housing in an exchangeable manner.
According to the invention, the bearing body thus only forms a plug-in element which is easily detachable from the bearing housing and is held stationary on the latter and which can be quickly exchanged for an intact one on the bearing housing.
Since in this case the one clamping flange is rotatably mounted on the receiving head of the bearing body, its mounting requires little effort and is characterized by correspondingly smooth running.
Advantageous refinements of the invention are the subject of subclaims.
In the drawing, an embodiment of a storage device according to the invention is shown in longitudinal section.

The reference numeral 10 denotes a bearing housing, indicated by dash-dotted lines, which is adjustably mounted on a carrier 12, for example a saw unit of a panel saw. The bearing housing 10 serves to accommodate a circular saw blade 14 to be mounted in the parting plane aa of the panel saw and to be adjusted in this perpendicular to the plane of the drawing.
Instead of a circular saw blade, a disk milling cutter or a grinding wheel could also be provided, for example.
A bearing device, designated as a whole by 16, of which the bearing housing 10 forms a part, is used for tool storage. The circular saw blade 14 can be frictionally clamped by means of a known clamping device 18 between a fixed flange 20 and a loose flange 22 axially adjustable by the clamping device 18, the fixed flange 20 carrying a circular cylindrical extension 24 for tool centering coaxially to its drive axis bb, on which the loose flange 22 seated.
With 26 a bearing body for the rotatable mounting of the fixed flange 20 is referred to, which with a preferably a cylindrical plug-in pin 28 forming part in the bearing housing 10 at its end face facing the parting plane aa, can be inserted with an exact fit and in a suitable manner, for example by means of clamping screws, axially therein Relocation is securable.
The plug-in pin 28 is integrally formed on one end face of a collar-like, cylindrical bearing body center piece 30, from the other end face of which a cylindrical extension 32 extends coaxially to it. This carries a fixed bearing 34, preferably formed by a pair of ball bearings, which receives a collar 36, which is coaxially formed on the fixed flange 20, for mounting it.
To drive the circular saw blade 14, its outer circumferential surface is wrapped by a drive belt, which is preferably designed as a poly-V belt, which is why a corresponding groove 38 is formed in the outer circumferential surface.
A flange bushing 40, which engages in a central recess of the bearing body extension 32 and is held therein by means of a fastening screw 42, is used to axially secure the fixed bearing 34 on the bearing body attachment 32. With its outer flange 44, it is supported on the inner ring 46 of the fixed bearing 34, which is thereby fixed on the adjacent end ring surface of the bearing body center piece 30.
The outer ring 48 of the fixed bearing 34 is supported on an inner ring surface of the collar 36 in that an annular nut 50 screwed into its open end rests with an annular collar 52 on the bearing outer ring 48.
A sealing ring seated on the outer circumference of the center piece 30 of the bearing body and received by the annular collar 52 is denoted by 54.
Instead of the two ball bearings, preferably designed as angular contact bearings, a two-part ball or roller bearing can also be provided as the fixed bearing 34.
In the event that the mounting of the fixed flange 20 has become defective, clamping means provided on the bearing housing 10, for example clamping screws engaging in circumferential recesses 56, 58, must be loosened, after which the bearing body 26, together with all components of the bearing device 16 mounted on it, as well as the circular saw blade 14, move away from the bearing housing 10 remove it and have it replaced with an intact part.
