Devices and methods for performing a vascular anastomosis

It PRESENTS A system for performing a vascular anastomosis FROM ONE END TO ONE SIDE, INCLUDING an anastomosis device, AN INSTRUMENT OF APPLICATION AND PROCEDURES FOR MAKING A vascular anastomosis. THE SYSTEM CAN APPLY FOR CONDUCTING A VASCULAR GRAFT anastomosing AND UPWARD IN AORTA BYPASS SURGERY CORONARY ARTERY, PARTICULARLY IN CABG SURGERY port access. A first aspect of the invention includes a vascular anastomosis staple. A first configuration has two parts: an anchor member (101), FORMING THE UNION WITH GLASS WALL OF PURPOSE AND A coupling member (102) FORMING THE UNION WITH GLASS OF BYPASS GRAFT. The anastomosis is completed by inserting the coupling member (102), with the graft vessel KINGDOM WITHIN THE MEMBER OF ANCHORAGE (101). A second configuration combines the functions MEMBER MEMBER ANCHOR COUPLING IN A STAPLE ONE PIECE anastomoses. A second aspect of the invention includes an anastomotic coupling, which has an internal flange on which is everted the graft vessel and an outer flange THAT GETS IN CONTACT WITH THE OUTER SURFACE TARGET VESSEL.
