Enhanced wireless packet data communication system, method, and apparatus apllicable to both wide area networks and local area networks

A system, comprising: a processor configured to transmit a signal transmitter including transmitter: a QAM submodulador state 2 P (E240, E250, E260) configured to receive original data stream and to produce an encoded data stream of symbols a modulator frequency-shift keying M-ary (E280) configured to receive the encoded data stream and to modulate each symbol as a tone sequence length P, each tone sequence length P a frequency corresponding one of M frequencies, and each corresponding single tone sequence length P to a respective unique symbol, and a mechanism for transmitting each of the sequences of tones as the signal length P; and a receiver configured to receive the signal and to demodulate incoherently signal to recover the original data stream, the receiver including: a demodulator for frequency-shift keying M-ary (A710) configured to receive the signal and to demodulate the signal to produce a sequence of demodulated tones, each corresponding tone to one of the M frequencies, and a QAM subdemodulador state 2 P (A725, A730) configured to receive the sequence of demodulated tones, to correlate the sequence of tones demodulated flow coded data symbols, and to decode the encoded data stream of symbols to produce the original data stream, wherein P is equal to 4 and M is equal to 7.
