Method for secure file transfer to multiple destinations with integrity check

A method of transferring one or more electronic files between a first system at a first location and at least one remote from the first system in a communication network, comprising receiving system: establishing an area sending storage in a memory of the first system including sending storage area at least one subarea for storing a file to be transferred to a corresponding one of the at least one receiving system; establishing at least one storage area post in the memory; preparing in the memory at least one electronic file for transfer to the at least one receiving system; moving the at least one prepared electronic file into one of the at least one subareas of the sending storage area; transferring the at least one prepared electronic file to a storage area receiving at least one receptor system by means of a copy operation, in which the prepared electronic file is modified during the transfer to include prohibiting data that limit control by the at least one receiver system over the copied file; receiving a first message from the at least one receiver system indicating whether the transfer of the modified file was successful; transferring a second message from the first system to the at least one receiving system when a first message includes an indication of successful transfer, the second message including instructions to modify the prohibition data so that the limits on control are eliminated file copying; and moving the prepared electronic file from the sending storage area to the at least one post-sending area when a received first message includes an indication of successful transfer.
