Especially the present invention relates to the optical traffic light pillar which consisted of accumulated stages and was mutually fixed by rotation. The base of each stage has the elliptical form passage (12) distributed along with the peripheral part, and the fixed connector (30). Each is a rod which has an end (21, 23) which is two by which the angle was offset mutually, and the common rod (20C) of a conductor (20) is the same as other rods (20A). Connectors are the same, those connectors fix the bottom (23) of the rod (20) of the related stage, and the top part (21) of each rod of the adjoining stage, respectively, and the angle offset between the two fixed points corresponds to angle offset of the both ends of a rod. A connector (30) and a rod (20A, 20C) are the stages of one stage to another side, and it is arranged mutually and they are attached so that the almost same angular position of a common rod and angle offset of other rods may be brought about.
