Administration device comprising an osmotic drive

The invention relates to an infusion pump for the dosed administration of a liquid to be injected, a control method, a control program and a control program containing semiconductor component for the aforementioned purposes. The infusion pump comprises a fluid conveying means, for example, an a plunger stopper permanently compressed compression spring acting on, and a dispensing control, such as a closing valve, the metering of the liquid distribution. According to the invention acts on the fluid conveying the liquid at the inlet of the dispensing control with pressure and the liquid funds of the dispensing control is decoupled. The accuracy of the metering is therefore independent of manufacturing tolerances of the fluid conveyor and essentially given only by the accuracy of dispensing, which can be suitably selected by the selection of the control program and closing means. The invention is particularly suitable for mobile infusion pump systems, for example for long-term administration of micro doses of insulin in diabetic patients.
