The invention relates to a support frame assembly for an air conditioning or cooling system with an outer support frame for receiving an inner support frame to which the air conditioning or cooling equipment parts including the controller are firmly connected, wherein the inner support frame is elastically mounted on the support frame.
Air conditioning or refrigeration systems are used for many purposes, such as ice making, in breweries, slaughterhouses, malting plants, dairies, market and refrigerated warehouses, in the margarine and chocolate production and in particular also in the transport refrigeration by road and rail, ship cooling, cold storage and commercial cold storage, skating rinks and Schachtabteufung various manufacturing facilities, especially in the chemical industry. Other needs arise in the pharmaceutical and medical industries for air and compressed air drying, in domestic, commercial and industrial refrigeration appliances. The methods for cooling or Air conditioning are known in principle and are ultimately based on the evaporation of a refrigerant. The majority of these systems are built as cold vapor compression systems. In this case, liquid refrigerant is vaporized by the heat absorbed in the evaporator at low pressure and low temperature. The resulting steam is sucked in by the compressor and compressed, so that in the water or air-cooled condenser, the refrigerant is liquefied at a higher temperature again. The condensing pressure is higher, the warmer the cooling water or the cooling air is. The liquefied and possibly Undercooled pressurized refrigerant is then expanded by the throttle device to the lower pressure and fed back to the evaporator. Such systems are also used in automotive refrigeration systems. The evaporator or the condenser are also called heat exchangers. All air conditioning or cooling systems is the engine or the pump in common, partly is also the fan added. These machine components with moving elements produce unwanted vibrations that have been accepted in the prior art as essentially unavoidable, trying to counteract the noise produced by encapsulation of the machine part concerned in a sound-insulated .Raum or by Schalldämmaterial.
Apart from the high construction costs, the vibration transmission to such machines or support frame parts, with which the equipment parts were firmly connected, also for the relaxation of the compounds, which required a periodic control.
From US 4 976 114 7 an air conditioner is already known, which has a first outer frame, in which a second inner frame is elastically mounted on rubber strips.
It is therefore an object of the present invention to improve the above-mentioned support frame arrangement to the extent that vibrations, as far as possible, are avoided in order to reduce the resulting machine noise.
The object is solved by the features specified in claim 1. It is provided that the inner support frame, with which the air conditioning or cooling system parts such as the heat exchangers, compressors, fans, etc. are firmly connected, are elastically mounted on the outer support frame, the storage of the inner support frame on at least four, preferably six storage bolts made of vibration metals.
So far, according to the state of the art, a distinction has been made between primary measures for reducing machine noise, which directly affect the generation of noise, that is to say the sound source itself, and secondary measures which are intended to subsequently reduce the airborne sound produced Invention is another possibility. Instead of consuming a secondary measure to make a sound insulation and noise reduction, the vibration transmission from the inner support frame on the outer support frame, which were previously firmly coupled together, interrupted or at least significantly reduced. The vibration metals which can be used for this purpose are basically known from the prior art. It has proven advantageous in the present invention that the inner support frame rests on at least four, preferably six bearing bolts of vibration metals. It is provided to provide the elastic bearing or the bearing bolts with a positive guide, which allows only cushioning vertical vibrations while horizontal movements are blocked. Already such a semi-rigid arrangement leads to a significant reduction in the transmitted vibrations and thus the resulting noise and simultaneously minimizes the burden of elastic bearing or bearing bolts. The vibration metals additionally rest on springs which are arranged between the vibration metals and the outer support frame.
While the previous measures were limited to a sound transmission from the inner frame to the outer frame and thus to prevent the other hereby connected parts, it is also provided to connect the connecting the air conditioning or refrigeration equipment piping either elastic material or elastic Insert spacers. hereby
AT 405 453 Β can be prevented, for example, that the vibration generated by the fan movement is transmitted to the first heat exchanger to the compressor or other heat exchanger.
An advantageous embodiment of the invention is that the inner support frame is supported on the outer support frame via spring-damper combination elements.
Preferably, the fan of a heat exchanger is elastically mounted on this or on the inner support frame, in particular via vibration metals.
Prevent the measures listed above greatly reduce vibration transmission from one machine part to the next. A further minimization of noise results when the outer support frame is at least partially encapsulated with a sound-absorbing panel. Although the encapsulation of the entire engine compartment has already been proposed in passenger car construction, considerably more material than is necessary is used here since the actual sources of interference are limited to a few parts. In cooling systems it goes without saying that a Tragrahmenabkapseiung is cheaper than the arrangement of these entire cooling systems in a separate soundproof room. From US-PS 4,860,918, however, it is already known to provide a sound-absorbing panel.
As already mentioned above, the new support frame assembly, preferably in motor vehicles, especially in cars and trucks to be used. The latter often have refrigeration units that must be operated even when the vehicle is stationary in order to ensure adequate cooling of the entrained goods. Especially at the truck fans, this is a not inconsiderable noise level at night for both the driver and the environment. The measures described above are used overall to prevent the vibration transmission to those parts that were directly or indirectly previously firmly connected to the fan, eg also body parts whose vibrations have been found to be particularly disturbing.
An embodiment of the invention is illustrated in the drawing, which shows a support frame assembly 10.
On an outer support frame 11, which is cuboid in the present case, but may also have other forms, as some be required in the interior under the hood of the car or truck, an inner frame 13 is mounted on at least four vibration metals 12, which carries the generally known parts of an air conditioning or cooling system, of which in the present case, two heat exchangers 14, one of which is a fan 15 has and a compressor 16 are shown. The pipe connections 17 - here from the heat exchanger 14 with fan 15 to the compressor 16 are made of elastic material or have elastic intermediate pieces, so that a vibration transmission from machine part to machine part is not or only to a very limited extent possible.
