The invention relates to a hospital bed with integrated toilet, consisting of a bed frame, a mattress topper and a mattress and a toilet placed in the middle of the hospital bed below the bed frame, wherein the bed frame has a two-part mattress topper, which is divided into four parts and the head-side mattress top consists of a headboard and a horizontally formed ramp, which are hinged together, and the foot-side mattress pad consists of a thigh part and a foot part, which are also hinged together.
In EP-05 38 077 A, such a hospital bed is described and illustrated. The hospital bed has a headboard and a footboard, which are separated from each other and has at the height of the joints of the head and footboard below the bed frame a fixed toilet bowl. In an embodiment of the hospital bed, the head part consists of a front and a rear head part, which are connected to one another in an articulated manner. The front head part is opposite the rear headboard upwards adjustable and the rear headboard is forward and backward movable together with the front headboard. The foot also consists of a front and rear foot, which are hinged together and up to this hinge against each other and are swung.
At rest, the headboard and footboard collided and together form a support for the patient. To use the toilet, the head part is moved in the direction of the head end and the front foot part is pivoted about the joint connecting the front and rear foot part upwards. When swinging the front foot part is made of a synthetic material, flexible cloth whose width corresponds to the bed width, the front end is attached to the front edge of the front foot part and un wound on a arranged under the bed frame roller, unwound from the roll and obliquely pulled from the bottom up over the resulting between the rear headboard and front foot opening. The cloth closes the opening and forms in the end position an obliquely staffed toilet seat with corresponding toilet opening for use of the fixed toilet bowl. After completion of the use of the toilet, the front footboard are lowered again, wherein the flexible cloth rolls up again on the roll, and then combined headboard and footboard to a support for the sick.
A disadvantage of this design of the hospital bed is that both the pivoting and lowering the front foot part of the leading edge and the toilet seat forming flexible cloth slide along the buttocks and bottom of the thighs of the patient and the prolonged lying already irritated or sore skin of the patient additionally attack and irritate.
Sick people who can not raise their lower body and legs with their own strength rely on outside help to avoid such friction movements on the critical parts of the body when using the toilet.
The same disadvantages occur in the other described in EP-03 38 077 A training of the hospital bed.
From US-972 100 A and US-A-1 636 705 A are known hospital beds with an integrated toilet, wherein a part of the mattress can be pivoted away to make room for a swing-up toilet. These known embodiments of a hospital bed are hardly usable in practice, because only the relation of the mattress in view of the opening therein is a particular problem. In addition, a use of the toilets under optimal hygienic aspects is apparently not possible.
The invention is therefore an object of the invention to provide a hospital bed, which allows the patient to use a toilet, the toilet bowl without any relative movement between body parts of the patient and parts of the hospital bed in a gentle manner in an anatomically fair position on the buttocks of the patient is introduced. It is envisaged that all functions of the bed and the toilet including their cleaning of patients are controllable.
These objects are achieved according to the invention in that the thigh part is pivotable up and down about a pivot, wherein a bed opening is formed by pivoting down the thigh part between the ramp and the thigh part and that the toilet bowl can be pressed into the bed opening from below.
The invention also makes it possible for the foot-side mattress overlay to be liftable by means of rugs, which are vertically movable on the bed frame which is T-shaped at the foot, with a support roller arranged on a loop moving horizontally on the bed frame.
In the context of the invention it is provided that the head-side mattress pad is horizontally movable on the bed frame arranged on the ramp rollers.
According to the invention, it is expedient that the size of the bed opening is adjustable by rolling displacement of the head-side mattress pad against the foot-side mattress pad.
AT 405 239 B
An embodiment of the invention is characterized in that a head depression of the bed is adjustable by turning the entire bed frame around a hinge on the bed frame below the head part.
According to the invention, it is also possible that the two-part mattress pad is a two-part slatted frame.
The invention provides that the bed frame is arranged on a stationary bed frame.
According to the invention it is also provided that the bed frame is angeorndet on a mobile bed frame.
The advantages achieved by the invention are in particular that the hospital bed according to the invention is a fully functional bed with the usual reclining positions, which allows an anatomically fair positioning of a toilet automatically by the patient at the same time without the patient having to leave the bed or a foreign Help needs and can stay on the mattress. It is particularly advantageous that when positioning the patient and toilet bowl, the skin of the patient is not exposed to friction movements at the critical points and is not irritated.
An embodiment of the invention is illustrated in the drawing and will be described in more detail below.
1 shows a schematic side view of the hospital bed according to the invention in the rest position with an attached head and foot part, and FIG. 2 shows a schematic side view of the hospital bed from FIG. 1 in the user position.
FIG. 1 shows a schematic side view of an inventive hospital bed 1 with a mobile on wheels 32 bed frame 33rd The bed frame 33 carries a bed frame 2 which is T-shaped at its foot-side end. On the bed frame 2 a two-part mattress pad 3, 4 is arranged, for example, represents a two-part slatted frame. The head-side mattress overlay 3 is two-part and consists of a head part 5 and a horizontally formed ramp 6, both of which are rotatably connected to each other via a hinge 9. The foot-side mattress pad 4 is also two-pieced and consists of a thigh part 7 and a foot part 8, both of which are rotatably connected to each other via another rotary joint 10. About the two-part mattress pad 3, 4 is a two-part mattress 13, 14 is provided, the two parts are non-slip on the associated head and foot-side mattress pad 3, 4 fixed.
The head part 5 of the mattress pad 3 can be adjusted by means of an attached to the bed frame 33 drive element 21 about the pivot 9 relative to the bed frame 2 upwards. In the area of the horizontally formed ramp 6, the mattress 13 thereby deforms to a seat supporting the buttocks of the patient. At the head end of the bed frame 2 is another drive element 26, by means of which the mounted on rollers 16, 17 ramp is movable together with the head part 5 horizontally on the bed frame 2.
From the horizontal rest position, the foot-side mattress pad 4 can be lifted by means of another at the lower end of the T-shaped bed frame 34 arranged drive element 24 upwards. The drive element 24 engages a fixed to the end of the foot-side mattress pad 4 pair of rollers 19, 20 and moves it in the vertical direction on the T-shaped bed frame 34th At the same time moves another at the end of a rocker 29 which is rotatably mounted on the foot-side mattress pad 4, arranged roller 18 on the horizontally extending bed frame second In addition, there is still the possibility, by pressing the drive element 22 to make the foot part 8 of the foot-side mattress pad 4 alone upwards. The adjustment of the foot-side mattress pad 4 to a knee bend, as shown in FIG. 1 represented by lifting the foot part 3 by means of the drive element 24 and Schrägsteliung of the thigh member 7 by means of the drive element 23 and the rocker 29th
Another advantageous mode of operation of the hospital bed 1 is to set a head low position for the patient. For this purpose, the entire bed frame 2 by pressing another, attached to the lower end of the bed frame 33 drive element 25 about a below the head part 5 rotatable connection between the bed frame 2 and bed frame 33 performing rotary joint 11, turn so that the foot-side end of the bed frame 2 raised and the head end are lowered similar to a beam balance. Intermediate positions of the head low position can be adjusted by combining the drive elements 21 and 25.
FIG. 2 shows in the same view as in Fig. 1 the hospital bed in user position. To adjust this position, a bed opening 12 is created by folding down the thigh member 7 by means of the drive element 23 and the rocker 29. In this opening 12, the toilet bowl 15 is pressed from below through a roller-curve guide by pressing the drive member 27 against the mattress 14 of the thigh member 7. The bed opening 12 is located in the thigh area, and the weight of
AT 405 239 Β resting body is securely supported by the head part 5, the ramp 6 and the foot part 8. The obliquely employed rear 35 of the toilet bowl 15 moves under the mattress pad 3 of the ramp 6 and leads to the stiffening. Unintentional opening of the toilet opening 12, the drive 'element 26 counteracts. - In certain cases, it may be appropriate, in addition to the folding of the 'thigh member 7, the head-side mattress pad 3 by pressing the drive member 26 via the
Moving roller movement of the ramp 6 in the direction of the head end, before the toilet bowl 15 is geseschwenkt. Thereafter, it is possible to adjust the bed opening 12 by driving the ramp 6 optimally to the toilet bowl 15.
In the rest position, the toilet bowl 15 is in almost horizontal position below the jo head part 5 and is sealed by a cover 36 by means of the drive element 28.
After positioning the toilet bowl 15 can be controlled by means of the drive elements 21 to 26 an adapted to: individual needs seat-like position of the patient.
