The invention relates to a mountain cloth, for the transport of sick or injured people, according to the preamble of claim 1.

Such Bergetücher known for example from EP-0152349 A2 consist of a rectangular, flexible support with attached to the long side handles. In order to transport a person through narrow steps with these mountain towels, at least three people are required to carry the towel and the people lying on top of it. Especially narrow houses make it impossible to use the towel at all and the person to be carried must be transported with his hands. This leads to dangerous situations, since the person to be transported must hold on to the carrying paramedics, which does not always allow his powers. In addition, this type of transport for the wearer is a significant physical burden, since in particular the spine is extremely stressed. The wearer must wear the towel with both hands, which eliminates the possibility of shocking a patient by lifting the legs or taking other additional medical procedures, such as holding an oxygen mask.

The object of the present invention is now to provide a mountain towel, which allows the transport of a patient in confined spaces and steep stairs or spiral staircases, relieves the wearer while wearing, as well as giving them the opportunity with a free hand the patient additional security measures to send.

This object is achieved in a soffit of the type mentioned by the characterizing features of claim 1.

The shoulder straps secured in the marginal areas of the longitudinal sides of the rectangular, flexible support allow the wearers to hang the towel over their shoulders. They wear the towel with one hand and the other with their shoulders. As a result, they have the other hand free and can use it for additional treatment of the patient.

The embodiment of the shoulder straps according to claim 2 makes it possible to fold back that end region to which only one shoulder strap is fastened per longitudinal side and to use that end region to which both shoulder straps are fastened as the backrest. This allows the patient to be transported sitting. In addition, this arrangement allows the shoulder straps that patients with a legged or not otherwise bendable legs can also be transported sitting. In this case, although that end region where both shoulder straps are fastened is used as the backrest, the other end region remains unfolded. The patient can thus place his non-deflectable leg on the unfolded end.

According to claim 3, it is possible to adapt the length of the shoulder straps to the different body sizes of the straps in order to achieve a uniform load on both straps.

According to claim 4, it is possible that those folded back end portion of the rectangular, flexible support to fix by means of provided with her snaps, buckles, straps or the like. This ensures that the repulsed part of the support does not slip.

The extensions of the shoulder straps are guided according to claim 5 on the side facing away from the patient, the overlay, cross and fastened by means of seam and take on the tensile forces occurring substantially.

According to claim 6, two additional handles on the side facing away from the patient, the support attached. They are located substantially in the middle of the edition and are expediently offset by 10 cm to 15 cm from the longitudinal edge of the support to the inside. Fig. 1 shows a front view of the Bergetuches. On a rectangular, flexible support 1, which is preferably made of a plasticized synthetic fiber fabric, three handles 3 a, 3 b, 3 c are attached to the longitudinal edges.

The fastening takes place by means of a seam arrangement 13 which is formed as a quadrangle and seams guided in the diagonals of this quadrangle.

At each of the longitudinal edges 2, two shoulder straps 4, 5 are arranged, which are made of synthetic fibers and both fixed in the end region 6 of the support 1 by means of the seam assembly 13, wherein each shoulder belt 4 additionally in the end region 7 of the support 1 and the other shoulder belt 5 in Distance from i to y the length of the support 1 from the end portion 7 by means of the seam assembly 13 is attached.

The shoulder straps 4 are guided in the edge region of the longitudinal sides 2 of the support 1 in the end region 6 as well as in the end region 7 parallel to the longitudinal edges 2. Fig.2 shows a rear view of the Bergetuches. Here are extensions 14 of the shoulder straps 5 on the side facing away from the patient of the support 1 in the central region of the cross, guided in the end region 6 parallel to the longitudinal edges 2 and in the region of the bending edge 9 normal to the longitudinal edges 2. On their longitudinal sides, the extensions 14 are fastened with a seam on the support 1. In the end region 6 of the support 1 and in the region of the bending edge 9 of the support 1, the extensions 14 of the shoulder straps pass over into the shoulder straps 5 and are fastened to the support 1 by means of the seam arrangement 13.

On the support 1 a rectangular extending belt assembly 15 is sewn in the middle third. At this belt assembly 15 additional handles 10, which are offset with respect to the longitudinal sides 2 expediently by 10 to 15 cm inward, fastened by means of the seam assembly 13.

The extensions 14 of the shoulder straps 5 are guided parallel to the longitudinal edges 2 on the side facing away from the patient of the support 1 in the end region 6 of the support 1. In the region of the bending edge 9, the extensions 14 of the shoulder straps 5 are guided on the support 1 normal to the longitudinal edges 2.

3 shows a side view of the Bergetuches. The towel is shown in a suitable position for a sedentary transport of the patient. The end portion 6 of the support 1 is used in this arrangement as a backrest. The end portion 7 of the support 1 is folded back and secured by the push buttons 8 against slipping against the non-folded back part of the support 1. The wearer takes the towel on the handles 3b, 3c, which lie exactly above each other by their symmetrical arrangement with respect to the bending edge 9 and hangs the shoulder strap 5 around the shoulders. In the case of a leaner patient, instead of the handles 3b, 3c, the handles 10 are used and the part of the support 1, which lies between the handles 10 and the longitudinal sides 2 of the support 1 are folded, thereby reducing the width of the towel.

The shoulder strap 4 is not necessary for carrying the patient, but can also be hung around the shoulders of the wearer for reinforcement. This one definitely has a hand free for additional treatment of the patient.

The slidable pieces of foam rubber 12 may be slid to any position of the shoulder straps 4, 5 depending on the wearer's body size and the length of the shoulder straps that can be varied over the buckle 11, thus preventing the shoulder straps from being cut on the wearer's shoulders ,
