The invention relates in particular to a holder for pipes, cable strands and waveguide with a fixable on a wall or ceiling support bracket on which at least one laterally projecting spar is provided at the free end of at least one pipe clamp can be fastened.
Such holders are known. A known device of this type consists of a fastened to a wall, a floor or a ceiling, made of a piece of sheet metal console on which an intermediate piece a pipe engaging around the clamp is attached, the console a mounting bracket with a first surface for attachment to a wall, a floor or a ceiling and a second surface substantially perpendicular thereto, wherein the two surfaces have at least one breakthrough. The intermediate piece is designed as a perforated rail with a plurality of holes arranged in the manner of a grid in the longitudinal direction of the rail, the diameter of which is adapted to the diameter of the apertures in the second surface of the bracket. Between the mounting clamp and the hole rail a screwed onto the hole rail foot is provided. Another comparable holder has an axially slidable in a plastic plain bearing, rectangular in cross-section sliding piece, which is covered by the plastic plain bearing on all four sides and on the end of each a pipe clamp is fixed in height adjustable with a threaded rod. The plain bearing is composed of a lower, extending transversely to the sliding bridge, on the upper side of a slide plate made of plastic, a spaced apart and parallel to the lower bridge extending upper bridge, on the underside of a sliding plate made of plastic is attached, also two spacers made of plastic whose height corresponds to the height of the sliding piece and whose clear distance from one another corresponds to the width of the sliding piece, wherein the two bridges and the spacers are connected to guided by the spacers screws to a unit. Another device of this type includes a first portion associated with a tubular body and a second portion formed to support the first portion. This device further includes an elongate carrier which extends horizontally and which is located between the first portion and the second portion. For connecting the first portion to the carrier and for connecting the carrier to the second device section is a connecting device which is designed so that it is adjustable along the respective longitudinal member and then non-positively fixed on the longitudinal member. From US-5 199 675-A a holder for pipes and cable strands is known. The support bracket consists of a vertical threaded rod, to which a two-part sleeve is screwed. The two shell halves forming the threaded sleeve are designed essentially identically and are connected to one another in a pivotable manner by means of a hinge lying parallel to the thread axis. On the opposite side of the hinge longitudinal flanges are formed, which are screwed together. At this split threaded sleeve bracket are screwed, run through which the pipes or cable strands. For this threaded sleeve different shapes are provided in detail, wherein in one of these embodiments, the hinge is additionally spring-loaded, so that the two halves which form the threaded sleeve, are held together by spring force. Such holders for pipes, harnesses and the like. are mass-produced. The time required for this known construction manufacturing and assembly costs is very large, for which reasons holder of this known type have found no input into practice.
Another known holder for pipes and cable strands has become known from US-4,960,253-A. This consists of perforated, in cross-section U-shaped metal profiles. The holes in these profiles are arranged rapportmäßig, with the vertical support bracket and the clamps carrying spars are connected by screws. The extent of the division of the rows of holes, the spars can be adjusted relative to the support bracket. For this purpose, the screw is to be solved and after selecting the appropriate setting this screw is to be re-established. Although this prior art construction is extremely simple as far as its construction is concerned, the adjustment required for the respective installation case is cumbersome: release and removal of the screw connection, choice of setting and new use of the screw connection; high load on the screw, since the holding force is applied only via frictional engagement.
Furthermore, mention is still made of the known pipe clamp for pipe suspensions with storage parts, which are adapted to the male pipe in the form and interconnected by securing elements, wherein a storage part C-shaped, fixed to the suspension and is substantially open at the side. This pipe clamp is used in particular for pipe storage on ships. The support member terminates in two horizontal legs, and the securing element consists of a T-shaped, the legs of the C-shaped band passing through slots rail, the smooth end after insertion at one end is umbördelbar and at the other end has a stop member, said within the C-shaped metal strip, a resilient lining is provided and further wherein the Hauptabmes2
AT 403 839 Β solution of the rail is parallel to the longitudinal extent of the legs of the C-shaped band. (DE 20 03 517 - B).
From this prior art, the invention is based, which aims to simplify the holder over the known constructions and also to improve it in terms of its adaptability to the local conditions. The invention solves this problem in that the support bracket is telescopically formed, wherein the support bracket forming rails in each of their layers to each other for fixing the length of the support bracket against each other are braced and the pipe clamp supporting spar as known per se perpendicular to the support bracket continuously displaceable and can be locked relative to the support bracket. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are defined in the subclaims.
In order to illustrate the invention, embodiments will be explained in more detail with reference to the drawing. Show it:
Fig. 1 is a view of the holder and
FIG. 2 shows its side view - viewing direction arrow A in FIG. 1; FIG.
3 shows a cross section along the line III-III in Fig. 1.
Fig. 4 is a detail of the profile piece, torn open;
5 and 6 is a view and a plan view of a particular embodiment of the free end of the spars, which serves to receive pipe clamps, Fig. 7 is a cross section along the line VII - VII in Fig. 4th
The in Fig. 1 shown in view, substantially T-shaped holder has a support bracket 1, which is formed telescopically. This support bracket 1 consists of a pipe section 2 with a longitudinal slot 3. This pipe section 1 receives a shaft 4, whose cross section corresponds in size and shape to the cross section of the pipe section 2. In this shaft 4 is a threaded bore with respect to the longitudinal axis of the support bracket 1 perpendicular axis which receives a clamping screw 5 which projects through the longitudinal slot 3 of the pipe section 2 and with the pipe section 2 and shaft 4 are braced against each other, so that the extent of the length of the longitudinal slot 3 of this holder with respect to its length L is infinitely adjustable.
At the upper free end of the support bracket 1, a plate or disc 6 is integrally formed on the pipe section 2 to form a contact surface, and in the central region of this plate or disc 6, a threaded hole 7 is provided, in which a fastener 8 can be screwed. Depending on the nature of the wall, the ceiling or the floor on which this holder is to be determined, fasteners 8 with different threads can be used here. These fasteners 8 have a short threaded portion which is screwed into the threaded hole 7, and a long threaded portion which is adapted to the particular nature of the substrate (wood thread, metric thread od. Like.).
At its lower end the support beam 1 or its shaft 4 carries a cross-sectionally U-shaped profile piece 9 with a centrally located insertion opening for receiving a clamping screw 10. This in cross-section U-shaped profile piece 9, which is open at the bottom, takes two Holms 11 with rectangular cross-section 17, wherein in the recorded from the profile piece 9 sections of the spars 11 slot recesses 12 are recessed. These are penetrated by the clamping screw 10, which is provided in the insertion opening of the profile piece 9 and with the profile piece 9 and the spars 11 are clamped against each other and clamped.
The spars 11 are arranged here so that the long axis of the narrow, rectangular cross-section 17 is parallel to the longitudinal axis of the support bracket 1. At their free ends, these spars carry 11 through eyes 13, whose axes are also parallel to the longitudinal axis of the support bracket 1. These push-through eyes 13 take threaded bolts or screws 14, with which pipe clamps 15 can be fixed.
It can be seen from Fig. 4 that due to the formation and storage of the spars 11 of each of these two spars, independently of each other, is slidably mounted relative to the support bracket 1, so that the projection of each spar 11 relative to the support bracket 1 is adjustable. In the embodiment of FIG. 1, the clamps 15 are arranged so to speak standing on the uprights 11. It is within the scope of the invention to make the arrangement so that they, the pipe clamps 15, hang on the uprights 11. For this, only the threaded bolt 14 needs to be unscrewed, then it is inserted from above into the through-hole 13 and the pipe clamp 15 is screwed onto the downwardly projecting threaded portion. Instead of a screw with a screw head, as shown in Fig. 1 shown, a threaded bolt can also be provided which is so long that it protrudes with respect to the through-hole 13 upwards and downwards, so that a pipe clamp can be screwed onto this threaded bolt both above and below.
AT 403 839 Β

Receiving screws or threaded bolts 14, it is within the scope of the invention to provide threaded bolt 16 at the free end of the spars 11 as with these integrated components, as Figs. 5 and 6 illustrate. Here, three lying in a plane threaded bolt at the free end of the spar 11 are formed and form with this a one-piece component. The axes of these three threaded bolts 16 lie in a plane which contains the longitudinal axis of the support bracket 1 or at least parallel to this. Thanks to this configuration 11 three clamps can be arranged on each spar.
The holder according to the invention has a simple structure and is nevertheless adaptable to the particular local conditions, where it is used, to a high degree, and this without the aid of special tools. A simple wrench is enough.
