The invention relates to a controller for a heating system according to the preamble of claim 1.
For example, in US 44 42 972 A, US 43 20 310 A and US 50 38 851 A known such programs, the programs are created under the proviso that a predetermined Heizbeziehungsweise hot water temperature at a given time or achieved in a fixed period of time is held. The energy consumption associated with this defined user request, which corresponds to an individual comfort claim, or the emission release has hitherto not been the subject of the interpretation of control concepts. The customer or user decides in the known solutions ultimately by his individual comfort requirements and his behavior in dealing with the heating and hot water systems much more about the actual energy consumption and emissions than the performance of the installed heating and / or water heater or the downstream system.
During the initial setting of a control device, for example, by an installer, this often intuitively selects a combination of settings for temperature or switch-on and energy consumption and thus a program that is a compromise between comfort and energy consumption or emission. This often shows that even professionals, such as an installer, are overwhelmed with the programming of such a control device and due to the many buttons and switches.
To simplify the program creation interchangeable plug-in modules are provided according to EP 121 147 A and FR 25 40 648 A, in which different program sequences, in particular with respect to night reduction are stored. A program variation regarding economic / ecological aspects is not planned.
The aim of the invention is to avoid these disadvantages and to propose a controller of the type mentioned, which offers the user a simple choice regarding the interpretation of the control characteristics of the controller.
This is achieved according to the invention in a controller of the type mentioned by the characterizing features of claim.
The proposed measures make it possible for the user to select a particular program in a very simple manner, depending on his individual comfort requirements. It is sufficient to set the selector switch accordingly. The user only makes the basic decision by means of a priority specification. The many individual decisions of today's controllers are radically reduced. For example, three programs may be foreseen, namely a comfort program, a minimum emissions and maximum efficiency program (ECO program), and a standard program in alignment between these two programs.
The invention will now be explained in more detail with reference to the drawing.
1 shows a view of a regulator according to the invention, and FIG. 2 shows schematically a program of a regulator according to FIG. 1.
A controller 5 according to FIG. 1 has input keys 1, 2, which can be tilted about a substantially vertical axis 7. Depending on the direction in which the input keys are tilted, a specific value, for example the setpoint value of the room temperature, is increased or decreased, this value being displayed in the display 3.
With the key 1 set one can navigate through the program of the controller 5. Pressing this key 1 advances a program counter. The values displayed under the respectively selected program item in the display 3 can be changed upwards or downwards with the key 2 Data.
Once the desired values have been reached, they can be written to an appropriate memory by pressing the 4 Enter key and the program jumps to the next display line.
Furthermore, the controller 5 has a selector switch 6, with which one of three programs can be selected, which essentially determine the constancy of the room and / or hot water temperature and the duration of the heating and according to different objectives, such as maximum comfort (Comfort), minimum emissions and maximum efficiency (ECO) are targeted, with a target program between these extreme programs (standard) is provided.
As can be seen from Fig. 2, the controller 5 has three basic programs - Comfort, Standard and ECO -, which essentially in terms of the internal setting of the switching hysteresis and the timers, the release of a specific burner output and flow temperature decision decision lowering or Disable shutdown, etc. and therefore set different degrees of constancy of the set target temperatures and the duration of heating.
The programs mentioned can be changed in their set values via the input keys 1, 2.
AT 403 530 Β
On the basis of the set values and the program selected via the selector switch 6, the controller 5 determines inter alia a heating curve according to which the heating system is regulated.
As can also be seen from FIG. 2, the controller is connected to an outside temperature sensor 7 via a line 8. Next, the controller 5 is connected via a line 9 to the selector switch 6.
On the controller 5, a gas valve 22 is connected via a line 10, which controls the gas supply to a burner 11. This burner 11 acts on a primary heat exchanger 12. This primary heat exchanger 12 is connected via a feed line 23 with a radiator assembly 13, which is connected via a return line 24, in which a circulating pump 14 is disposed with the primary heat exchanger 12.
In this case, a temperature sensor 20 is disposed in the flow line 23, which is connected via a line 19 to the controller 5.
The controller 5 is further connected via a line 17 with a temperature sensor 16 arranged in the region of the radiator arrangement 13. In addition, the controller 5 is connected via a line 21 to the circulation pump 14 and controls it. Further, the controller 5 is connected via a line 18 with a temperature sensor 15 arranged in the return line 24.
Example:
When setting the burner timeout timer after burner shutdown, extending this time will result in a reduction in the burner starts and thus a reduction in CH emissionsX but at the same time a reduction in comfort, as it comes to a larger range of room temperature.
The blocking time, for example, in the program Comfort u. 60 sec, with the program Standard> 2 min <5 min and with program ÖKO '5 min for convection output.
For radiators with greater water content or greater thermal inertia of the system, these values are increased and reach their maximum underfloor heating.
The thermal hysteresis of the convectors is suitably set as follows:
With the Comfort program, the thermal hysteresis u. 2 K, with the program Standard> 3 K <7 K and with the program ÖKO · 8 K.
With 2-point regulators for radiators generally larger temperature deviations are provided, whereby these reach a maximum with underfloor heating.
For B-controllers, the P-factor, which corresponds to the slope of the control curve, is adjustable. The P-factor is small in the Comfort program, larger in the Standard program and reaches a maximum in the ÖKO program.
The pump speed is also set depending on the selected program. The Comfort program has a high pump speed, for example 1,850 min-1, in the standard program an average pump speed of, for example, 1,200 min-1 and for the ÖKO program a low pump speed of, for example, 750 min-1 set.
In addition, depending on the set program, the lowering is started before preset set-down times, for example at noon or before switch-off times, for example during the night. This also starts with the Comfort program with a reduction already before the set reduction time. With the program standard approx. 30 Min started lowering before the set lowering time and heating started again at the end of the lowering time. With the ÖKO program, the lowering starts one hour before the set time, and heating starts with the end of the set lower limit.
